YMCA Hong Kong – Multi-talent Development Program

The program is specially designed to offer after-school support services to primary school students in the Sham Shui Po District, aiming to provide the necessary learning opportunities and personal support and attention to those in need.
In 2016-2017, more than 30 qualified students in the district were assisted on homework and studies at the YMCA Hong Kong Beacon Centre. Games and group sessions on life experience sharings and English learning are organized after dinner. Students are also able to enjoy monthly outdoor activities such as picnic and day camp. The Centre uses the theory of multiple intelligences as the basis in designing the program for the children.
