Our committee members and volunteer group visited the centers where our After-school Care Support Programs are held; They have brought happiness to children in the community centers for “St. James’ Settlement’s Tin Shui Wai Teens’ Group”, the Cheung Sha Wan center for “YMCA’’s Multi-talent Development Program” , Sham Shui Po for Martha Boss Lutheran Community Centre’s “Ten Percent Childrenland” and The Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong. We also prepared Easter presents for the children.
After-school Care Support Programs do not only provide children with a place to study, do their homework and enjoy nutritious dinner, which helps in the comprehensive development of the students apart from academic knowledge.
These visits have left a very good memory for the volunteer team and committee members. We look forward to working together to cheer for children, parents and teachers!
