Donation of prevention supplies-534,000 masks
The new crown virus epidemic has been going on for more than a year. Although the supply of anti-epidemic materials has been in short supply since the early stage of the epidemic, it has now been slightly stable, but masks are frequently used consumables, which may not be able to bear the long-term burden for the grassroots citizens. Many communities in Hong Kong continue to be affected by the epidemic Although the fight against the epidemic is very difficult, I am grateful that there are still many caring people around me who do good deeds silently under the “epidemic” situation. They don’t ask for rewards or appreciation for their efforts. They collect epidemic prevention materials for everyone and donate them to those in need.
Recently, the foundation has received 534,000 adult masks as an “anonymous” donation from a good talent, so that the foundation can continue to assist grassroots families in need to obtain enough anti-epidemic materials to relieve their urgent needs in times of difficulty and fight the epidemic together.
Thank you very much for the help of various organizations and the supply of places to help distribute (listed in no particular order):
Martha Boss Lutheran Community Centre Group & Community Work Unit
The Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs Association of JC CHEUNG SHA WAN C&Y ISC
The Boys’ & Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong Jockey Club South Kwai Chung Youth Integrated Service Centre
Hong Kong Young Men’s Christian Association Cheung Sha Wan Centre
Hong Kong New Arrivals Service Fund
West Kowloon Community Inclusive Service Center
Federation of Public Housing Estates
Sham Shui Po Women’s Organisations Federation Limited
HONG KONG CHING FAI ASSOCIATION DEVELOPMENT LIMITED
People who silently do good and give have always existed, which makes society more warm and caring.
Thanks again for the support of the donors. I hope that everyone is healthy and fighting the epidemic together, and hope that Hong Kong will get out of the predicament as soon as possible.
